What's the exact command that you've used to launch it? My gut feeling is that you forgot to mention the client or server keyword before stating the other options.

so ye i did alr put client and ip like hulk_launcher.py client (IP) but doesn't start adn show that error

Your usage is invalid. You don't provide the IP address of the target to the client, you provide it to the server. And for the client, you provide the IP address of your server, which defaults to localhost.
Check out the help sections for client and server for proper syntax.

Your usage is invalid. You don't provide the IP address of the target to the client, you provide it to the server. And for the client, you provide the IP address of your server, which defaults to localhost. Check out the help sections for client and server for proper syntax.

Why are you using --gui flag for client?? That's why i keep telling you to
check the usage syntax properly.

Please read the usage syntax carefully and use it accordingly. If you're
getting an error despite using it as per the correct syntax, always reply
with the screenshots.
Also make sure that all the inputs like root server IP & port, etc. are
correct.
