또는, aria2의 옵션들이 제대로 잘 동작하도록 만들던가.
(사실 이게 제일 이상적인 방안이다)

아니면 aria2 inputfile에

allow-overwrite=true
-
conditional-get=true
이 두 개를 명시해 주면 제대로 처리될 지도 모른다. -
추신: 이거 두개 추가하는 김에 'remote-timestamp' 옵션도 활성화시키도록
