On a related issue: I often try to learn from the standard views. However, often the object which interests me is not implemented in a script. For example the 'Clean up' button in the TreeView of packages. It is not created in the script as far as I can see, and the view is a standard TreeView which also does not reference any buttons. Where does this magic one come from? :)

The ViStandardItemView shows buttons for all commands for the incoming object. You can play around with it by inserting the snippet panel in the workspace again. See ViCodeSnippetEditor >> initializeArtifact at the end. You may have to update the #snippets script to make this work.

All do-its are logged and can be used as commands (resp. buttons in the view).
