The pack file creator iterates repeatedly over trees that it already knows. Even if an object is not added anymore in #addObject:, its children are still visited. The RevListVisitor does invoke its block also for the sink commit - check if it should really do that.

Addressed this with tree diffing (732b285), object caching (7eed1aa), and some early outs in the PackFileCreator (23e9544).

GitHub will also close the connection if you try repeatedly to send an already prepared ByteArray, so issue #9 is in some way independent from the time needed to create the pack. Closing this because packing a few commits does not take that long any more.
