Indeed it can be verified in the ZEN explorer that the amount has been sent:

If the GUI wallet does not show it, there may be several reasons... The wallet (blockchain - as indicated in the lower right UI panel) needs to be 100% synchronized to see the latest transactions. Syncing may take several hours or 1-2 days depending on the connection speed... If the blockchain is not 100% synchronized, this is a sufficient explanation of why you do not see the incoming transactions.
Could you please check if your blockchain is 100% synchronized...

Hi,
Thank you so much for showing me that the coin is not lost. Yes, I waited
for the wallet to synch....took many hours and now it is showing the ZEN
coin. I need to transfer over more.
I was wondering if I want to use the Arizen light wallet instead of the
swing wallet, how can I do that without losing the ZEN in the swing wallet?

You could have both Arizen and Swing wallets on the same machine - as separate wallets.
Perhaps the easiest way to transfer ZEN from one wallet to another is to "send" it ;-) Take note of the address of the destination wallet and send from the source wallet to it.
To make the same ZEN coins available for spending and operate with the ZEN in two separate and technically different wallets is not easily possible...

Not sure if this is the right place to ask questions, sorry if it's not.
What exactly is the difference between the swing wallet and the light wallet? I know that the light wallet is smaller because it doesn't sync everything, but how is that possible? Why would someone use the full wallet where their space is basically wasted?
I mean, there must be a disavantage when using the light wallet, right?
(A link explaining the exact difference would be enough)
