It's already the case I believe. The S3 bucket is a command line option of inference_job.py
, which default to idd-inference-runs

I just pushed a commit to slurm_fixes
with an update to all three versions of the processing diagnostics scripts. Hard-coding has been addressed, as well as the issues with plotting ground-truth. I've tested the scripts on R13, R15, and R16 runs and everything plots okay. As far as I can tell, I think we can merge this into main
