사용자별로 그날 할당 받은 제한 시간을 모두 사용했는지, 남았는지
남았으면 얼마나 남았는지 계산해서 보여주면 좋을 거 같습니다
평균적인 컴퓨터 이용 시간을 일주일 단위로 통계를 내서 보여주면 좋을 거 같습니다
ex) 일 평균 (?) 시간 (?) 분 사용
