ViCare Integration does not show entities or devices after successful configuration about core HOT 5 CLOSED

Thanks for the hint. I helped a friend to configure it. After talking now about it looks like there are 2 accounts with slighly different usernames due to changes viessmann did the past years. Using the other account the devices and entities came up.

I can verify the integration works with more than 1 device.

Hi @jimjaeger you can open the HA logs and filter for vicare. You should see a list of devices that are linked to your account.

Hi @CFenner Thanks for the response. I triggered the reload of the vicare integration to get fresh logs but it only show one line:
2024-06-09 16:38:26.630 DEBUG (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.vicare] Setting up ViCare component

Also after 5 minutes there are no more log entries.

In the meanwhile I upgraded to 2024.6.1 with the same result.

Did you sign into dev portal with your vicare account or did you create a new one?
