Found the issue. The integration does a status request of the device.
With these 2 gang powerswitches - the tuya IOT platform isn't returning all the needed status data in the result.
Just the actual switch status (on/off).
Will see if I can figure out how to log an issue with Tuya.

Requested information from Tuya about the status.
Tuya tech responded that the API needs to use https://developer.tuya.com/en/docs/cloud/device-control?id=K95zu01ksols7 instead of the current calls.
Asked for more info as the library where the changes need to be made is meant to be maintained by Tuya.

Tuya moved away from that API, so that is weird response.

The library we use, is maintained by Tuya as well, so that is not in our control.
As you have concluded, the API provides this information for your device:

    "status": {
      "switch_1": true,
      "switch_2": true
    },

So indeed, no other information/functions or status is provided. Home Assistant is thus handling this correctly at this point.

From this end, I'm going to close up this issue, as this is not an issue with Home Assistant.
