Hi, this project simply forwards/implements all known clusters so yes, you can you can use it as middleware for your project. Keep in mind that we're still in very early phase and breaking the api many times, for example we have planned to restructure the datamodel of the MatterNode to simplify it a bit.

Current development focus is for supporting Matter support in Home Assistant but feel to take advantage of our work to empower yours and/or extend it.

Hi,

i have posed the same question to the team running a nodejs implementation of Matter. Here is the outcome of what they interpreted as being necessary to be compliant with the OTA Provider definition by Matter: mfucci/node-matter#178 (reply in thread)

you might want to have a look and see if this applies also to this project
