I am getting this error in Outlook 2016 Version 1804. Below is a copy of the log:

Hello,
there are several possible causes for this error:

Your pst-file is bigger than 4 GB and your target device is formatted with Fat or Fat32
The target device has not enough free disk space left
The file system of the target device might be corrupted. Try chkdsk to fix the issue
