Aye, the touch function is never called by the package directly, to figure out why this happens I would need to see the whole trace.
Also works well for me in Opera 20.0.
What I can imagine is that your template calls an another not existing template's cache file which get 'touched' every time after a load to keep up the last modification time or something.
If the problem is not solved by the time I writing this reply, please email me the whole debug trace and will figure out where the issue's root. [email protected]

Hi,
it might have been the issue related with caching ... deleted all cache on the server and now I can see it. I'm using the same version of Opera as you do, 20.
I have to apologize for not clearing the cache, at first time. This is not an issue.
