For real I don't know why that happens time by time, the json is valid and working the hisorange/traits package pullable.

Till I find the problem's root, use your json code like this:

require: {
...
"hisorange/traits": "dev-master",
"yzalis/ua-parser": "dev-master",
"hisorange/browser-detect": "dev-master",

}

this will pull the dependencies first then the package.

Sorry for this but the code is valid and the problem happens time by time not consistent.

problem solved in v1.0.4

Basicly after digging in the composer doc, found out if I require a package which does not have 1.* release at least then the composer mark it as 'FAIL' but throws an 'no matching package found' which is quite missleading ~
