I believe a CDN cache wasn't purged after the 3.15.0 release. It's been purged now and should work again.

I assume, on the yearly type issue, or just bad luck. :lolcomputers:
Also, appears intermittent. Some automated work ci builds on a schedule work randomly and fail randomly, over the last 2 days, and just now on my local laptop it failed 15m ago, passed just now unexpectedly.

@mattfox I’m not at home at the moment so I can’t verify if this is ongoing but any thoughts?

@claco Still happening for us and pretty consistently.
Edit: And by “pretty” I mean we haven’t had a successful install all day.
