Unclaimed Draft methods do not support new custom field format about hellosign-ruby-sdk HOT 2 CLOSED

Thanks for letting us know! I was able to make a successful request with these parameters:

    request = client.create_embedded_unclaimed_draft_with_template(
      :test_mode => 1,
      :client_id => ENV['CLIENT_ID'],
      :requester_email_address => ENV['EMAIL'],
      :template_id => 'template_id',
      :message => 'Glad we could come to an agreement.',
      :signers => [

      ],
      :custom_fields => [
        {
          :name => "Name",
          :value => "SDK TEST"
        }
      ]
    )

However, there could be something else going on with this request if you'd like to write into [email protected] with the Template ID so we can troubleshoot from there.

Weird. I tried both using the ruby SDK and with cURL and was able to replicate the issue in both cases. Unfortunately, I no longer work at the company where I was implementing this so I don't have the template id on hand, but if you look through your email communications, I discussed it in detail with Latoya. Good luck!
