Hi there, I am Heisson Willen 👋

I'm a Software Engineer currently working at CELUS. I have experience in software development, especially focused on the backend, using Python and its ecosystem — with tools such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy. I have helped companies and other institutions to plan, develop, and scale systems.

As a Software Engineer at Sunbytes / Organic, I work on the development of a rapidly growing codebase — coding, reviewing, and testing the final product to make sure that all the requirements are met.
As a Software Developer at Banco do Brasil, I worked at the databases infrastructure automation team, building solutions to notify and deprovision idle databases and infrastructure resources, optimizing the cost management of the environment.

I get excited about opportunities where I get to design, plan, code, and maintain large-scale systems that affect the customer experience.
