Thank you so much for cataloging these! This is extremely valuable to us. I really appreciate how much time you put into it. Jenny and I are just finishing up the draft of the 4th edition right now, and this list will be extremely useful for us over the next few weeks as we go through and incorporate feedback from our technical reviewers.
Would it be okay if I included your name in the "acknowledgements" section in the beginning of the book, in the list of people we thank for helping us?
