Increase code readability about code-cookbook HOT 2 CLOSED

We use the same code font on all Haxe sub sites, so if this is going to be changed I want to change it everywhere. The Inconsolata font requires custom webfonts, which increases the load time a bit. That's not a big issue but now we have a monospaced font for "free".

I did some quick googling:

• Google uses Roboto Mono 15px for their docs example
• Mozilla uses consolas (same as us), but 14px example
• MSDN uses consolas (same as us), but 13px example

The easiest thing, maybe, it to just increase the font size. However, I do like the Roboto Mono, even more than Inconsolata, but that may be a preference. Ill do some tests with it.

Btw, which OS/browser do you use? The aliassing looks very "fat" compared to what I see.

Ahh I see. Not as small a change as I've thought then. On the other hand, it's an opportunity to improve all the Haxe sub-sites ;)

I agree on both counts. Increasing the font size seems to do a lot for readability but I also prefer Roboto Mono over the Consolas.

Btw, which OS/browser do you use?
