I've added a fix to manage Windows newline which might cause this issue. Do you use Windows ?

I do have the same problem...
All my code becomes one line, which is awful, 'cause I can't even read it.
And yes, I'm using Windows 7 here...

It should be fixed in the "tests" branch if you can check.
