There is not much I can do to debug the issue you describe. You might want to be more expressive/extensive when reporting issues.
For example, how could I reproduce it? Did you experience any errors? Which ones? Have you checked the logs files? Is anything in there?
Which setup do you run? Which software versions? Which HA Core, Supervisor, OS versions? Which add-on version? Which hardware is it running on (for architecture)?
Just some of the things you can/should report :)

It failed for me as well when I installed it through the "store" but if I clicked on your "myaddon" button, then it worked.
But addon was not for me, I had hoped it would control my 2 https://www.audiopro.com/en/product/a10-mk-ii/#dark-grey which have spotify connect and not just play spotify connect on my rpi :)
