Missing link target in documentation about criterion HOT 5 CLOSED

That's weird. If you look at the HTML, you can see that this is an anchor, not a link:

its result must be evaluated to <a name="normal-form"><strong>normal form</strong></a>

I haven't yet figured out where the link-like appearance and hover behaviour are coming from, because Chrome's inspector shows me nothing unusual. Mysteries! Of! HTML!
