Cache-Control for Badges about gitness HOT 4 CLOSED

is being cached making my users think it's still failed due to github/markup#224

There is still no Cache-Control:

@seaneagan As a temporary hack, you can curl -X PURGE. Of course if it breaks again it will still show up as working.
