另外，被删除的文章似乎也能被搜索到，是因为缓存吗，没有找到清除缓存的方式。

这个问题似乎已经被修复过：halo-dev/halo#3121
建议查阅一下日志，看看是否有异常。

目前，搜索功能已经彻底重构，建议更新至 Halo 2.17。
