There are at least 3 issues:
- The category value starts with a first upper case letter :
category: Database - The type value also starts with a first upper case letter:
type: Postgres - Empty parameters are injected :

That is weird because I haven't seen these issues before. Well, actually, I did see the ones with the category and type but they should have been fixed already in the operator: halkyonio/operator@1a53ec3 so you might have been running an older version. Could you please check, @cmoulliard ?
