hi ,I found how to sovle this bug.
the problem cause by the stroll.js event.preventDefault();

locate the source file stroll.js

    if( Math.abs( this.velocity ) > 4 || Math.abs( distanceMoved ) > 10 ) {
        event.preventDefault();
    }

    if( Math.abs( this.velocity ) > 4 || Math.abs( distanceMoved ) > 10 ) {
        event.preventDefault();
    }
    else
    {
        window.location = event.target;
    }

so the li must contain a

event.target will throw a 404...

use this:

window.location = $(event.target).closest('a').attr('href');
