Can you give us more details?
Do you upload a file on seafile web or from client? Are you using your private seafile or our public service?

You can paste ccnet.conf, seahub_settings.py and seafile.conf, we will check for you.
The paths are: {ltop-dir}/ccnet/ccnet.conf, {top-dir}/seahub_settings.py, {top-dir}/seafile-data/seafile.conf
