That particular crash does not seem to make much sense, unless ProcessData pointer gets corrupted as well. Do you by any chance have any buffer overflow bugs in your code? Compile your library to use AddressSanitizer (-fsanitize=address, -lasan), and run to check for memory corruptions.

I don't think there's any buffer overflow as my code is pretty sample - read with opengl every frame

The address sanitizer doesn't seem to work with preloaded shared library unless compile it and preload the sanitizer library as well. I'll try this later.

I think I've identified the problem. The WinContext get destroyed for some reasons thus everything from it is corrupted. In my case it's the WinProcess* and the ProcessData.
I find this by storing a pointer to WinContext in hope to reuse later and get the segmentation fault as follow:
