No logical attachment is done when a Modal is displayed about gwtbootstrap3 HOT 3 CLOSED

Fixed the issue above. The modals now properly extend Div rather then the FlowPanel. The events now get fired. Also added some methods to easier handle the adding of handlers.

Also, added a method setRemoveOnHide(boolean) that if set to true will remove all event handles and remove the modal from the DOM automatically for you.

Just one more thing, on the demo page (http://gwtbootstrap3.github.io/gwtbootstrap3-demo/#modals), the Clear Log button does not work (no log is removed when clicking it).

When the next version (0.6 maybe ?) will be released ?

Ha, forgot to wire that piece up. Thanks.

As for the next release, a lot has changed from 0.5 -> 0.6, just want to make sure everything is in good working order and clean up these last issues.
