Chrome is also ok when software_reporter_tool was killed. software_reporter_tool can not be disallowed by config in chrome. Chrome的software_reporter_tool.exe 消耗大量cpu并进行磁盘扫描。software_reporter_tool没用。Chrome在软件报告工具被杀时也没问题。chrome中的配置不允许使用软件报告工具。使用方法：解决方法：下载解压项目文件。双击注册表文件forbidReporter.reg 完毕。以后不能自动启动software_reporter_tool.exe了。双击kill.bat可自动杀掉software_reporter_tool.exe进程。
