I’ve seen this several times myself. It’s not a huge issue because I have a brain, but it is kind of annoying to get excited about appointments but then realize they’re in the past

I imagine a more permanent solution would be to not persist any available appointments if their scheduled time is before appointments_last_fetched, but a simple solution would just be to filter out before displaying?
