I'd also like an opinion if keep compatibility as stated in README.md.
Is still necessary?

I've introduced DoParseArgumentsDispatcher (derived from initial part DoParseArgumentsVerbs) in CommandLineParser. Than ParserContext and TargetExtensions have been introduced to promote reuse, enhance maintainability (increasing abstractions) and simplify further modifications.

Refactoring can goes on, but I'm quite satisfied to start reviewing existing issue for extending/stabilizing the library.

This issue will be closed. But fill free to add comments about the other two points and also on refactoring.
