This was moved from grunt to grunt-contrib-watch. The code mentioned above doesn't appear to exist in this version and I don't know how to run this version in my setup (grunt-bbb).
What are the grunt-contrib-* repos? Some kind of testing grounds before they get intetrated into grunt?
from grunt-contrib-watch.
grunt tasks are now setup in their own repos. contrib ones are community maintained (more than normal ones).
from grunt-contrib-watch.
The contrib plugins are Grunt core supported plugins. Take a look at the devel
branch of Grunt: https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt/tree/devel All the tasks have been moved out of the core and into separate repos for better modularity.
You can try this watch task by doing npm install grunt-contrib-watch
in the same folder as your gruntfile. Then add grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-contrib-watch');
to your gruntfile. That will override the watch task with this one. This will be the default watch task in Grunt v0.4.

Closing, this will likely be handled upstream in Grunt 0.5 when log gets evented. Thanks.
