That's a bug. It should only print that once and not for each. Nice catch, thanks! Fixed on 0.5.2.

Beat me to it. Is there a reason you cant just do a single call to cli.run, rather than one per file?

To clarify, I know it's possible because I've got it in a branch. Is there a reason, possible regarding reporters that prevents this?

Sure! I just didn't because I wanted to retain the previous code structure as much as possible. It lacked test coverage and I didn't want to tamper with it too much until we got more tests in place. I'd be happy to get a PR for it if you wanted to give it a go. :D
