1. This may have changed now that #22 is closed: You can configure the permalink pattern used to name the output HTML file.

2. Otherwise, the issue is probably the Date: in the Markdown file for each post. Instead of so-called "YAML front matter", Frog simply uses an indented codeblock with a few items. See https://github.com/greghendershott/frog#posts:

   Date must be an ISO-8601 datetime string: yyyy-mm-ddThr:mn:sc.

   Date will need to be that format, exactly. The Title and Date values in here are actually what's used to derive the output HTML file name -- not the Markdown source file name.

3. Otherwise, I don't know and will need to trouble-shoot with you via email or IRC. I'm marking this as Closed because I'm 99% sure it's either 1 or 2, but if not we can reopen. Thank you.
