Self-closing HTML elements not recognized as HTML about frog HOT 2 CLOSED

@dherman The problem seems to be with "self-closing" (if that's the correct terminology) tags.

<img src="foo" />

does not work, whereas

<img src="foo"></img>

does work (and is a work-around until I fix this).

Also self-closing tags fine so long as they're nested in tag pair. For example I'd used <img ... /> elements before with no problem, because they happened to be nested in <div> <img ... /> </div>. Anyway, I'll get this sorted.
