Actually it looks like the differences between border-top-width and border-bottom-width between tailwind and girouette are significant, they cause issues with the borders for the first and last styled elements

Additionally, these rules look different from those generated by tailwind:

.divide-y > :not([hidden]) ~ :not([hidden]) {

The Tailwind rules in Girouette were developed from the documentation of Tailwind. The docs are apparently not accurate. I will fix it this bit later.
