This does not look like a Gradle bug but more a usage question about how to handle exotic Maven packaging.

If you believe this is a bug in Gradle, please provide the following information:

  • Output of a resolved dependency configuration that contains a nar packaged dependency. I expect it to contain the *.nar file, as indicated by Maven.
  • What you expect Gradle to do and why you consider this a bug
