编译网上down下来的项目，一般都需要修改gradle的版本，把gradle版本改成与as版本对应的，都是能编译成功的。如果你直接打开，本地没有对应的gradle版本，联网下载gralde肯定是要编译很久的。

我用的开发工具版本比较新，down下来折腾了半个小时都还没run起来
