Strange because automated tests wouldn't work without colors.csv and automated tests at https://travis-ci.org/goulu/Goulib are ok ...
I'll double check for next release

True! But based on the log output of the latest test, it looks like those tests are run from source, which wouldn't necessarily catch this scenario.
(FYI I got it to work for myself just by cloning the source and copying colors.csv into the /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/Goulib/. It works great, and is letting me quickly proof-of-concept a CAD -> bitmap -> otherstuff pipeline. Thanks!)
