Ok, with v 0.5.3, I came up with the ability to collapse/expand blacklisted sites (those at the bottom of the matrix). Is it enough or do we need more... I am undecided, so I will keep this issue opened.

Raymond, that feature is good enough for me (and resembles the blacklist in Noscript). As a matter of fact I just discovered it by reading your comment. Should be mentioned in the "Quick Tour". One suggestion, though: That gray triangle is hard to spot, another color would be better.

With 0.5.9, rows belonging to same domain are collapsible to single row for domain, so I consider this issue addressed.
