试了下，还没到验证过滤这里来呢

	req := &User{}
	err := jsonutil.DecodeString(`{
    "time": "2018-10-16 12:34:01"
}`, req)
	assert.NoError(t, err)

绑定请求到结构体，就已经报错了。

应该是解析 json, 你这定义的是 Time 提交的是 string, 这里解码，绑定数据就报错了

go: time.Time 默认会按 RFC3339 解析时间字符串，导致报了你这错误

func (t *Time) UnmarshalJSON(data []byte) error
