The error-message Uncaught TypeError: google.maps.LatLng is not a constructor indicates what is the problem here: This can only happen if you try to create a LatLng object before the google-maps API has completed loading.

This happens here since you are trying to use it outside of the wrapper component. The wrapper component will not render it's children until the maps api completed loading, but the WrapperMaps is outside of the wrapper, so it will render immediately even before the maps API is loaded.

The easiest fix would be to use the google.maps.LatLngLiteral type to store your position, which is just an object-literal with {lat: number, lng: number} and doesn't need a constructor-call to create. Otherwise, move the component outside of the component with the effect.
