Analysis:
_signing.generate_signed_url_v4already supports this feature via itsapi_access_endpointargument.- We could add a
use_virtual_hostflag toBlob.generate_signed_urlandBucket.generate_signed_urlwhich defaultsFalsefor now (following Option 2 in the spec). If set toTrue, then the blob/bucket would pass in the appropriateapi_access_endpoint, along with the shorterresource.
