Inline conn.Conn? about periph HOT 2 CLOSED

I'd say the main reason for not doing it yet has been that we didn't know what conn.Conn should be exactly. For example if fmt.Stringer belonged there or not. So I'd prefer just to wait a bit before copy pasting it.

For Tx, this is a non-issue given each connection needs to implement Tx and it is the core functionality they provide. I'd expect the core implementations to be documented.

Stringer for a connection should not be enforced by the interface. There is no good use for it other than nicer fmt. That's why connections that care about the nice print can implement String.
