Cannot override fhirServerUserName or fhirServerPassword as it keeps defaulting about fhir-data-pipes HOT 6 CLOSED

Currently the FHIR Pipelines Control Panel only supports JDBC mode, which (since #670) does not use the FHIR server username/password since it queries the database directly.

Are you able to use JDBC mode and dbConfig instead of fhirServerUrl?

Thanks @livwel-populus for filing this. Actually @williamito after fixing #494 and #532 the FHIR search mode is supported in the controller but we do not support setting username/password in the app config. This can be easily added. @LJNIC are you planning to send a PR similar to #780?

My mistake, I thought support also depended on #587 and #677. We can update the docs once there's a usable solution. :)

Thanks @williamito for pointing out #677; this issue is actually a duplicate of that, so let's close this one. And yes, this is needed only if the FHIR server needs username/password with Basic Auth. #587 is an extension to support OAuth based authentication. If no authentication is needed, FHIR search should work with the controller.
