Possible format error retrieving secret about get-secretmanager-secrets HOT 2 CLOSED

Do you have a blank line in the secret in GCP? It's possible that the shell or the capture is discarding a trailing newline, but this GitHub Action pulls the exact literal value from Secret Manager. Since you're seeing a newline character, I'm betting that your secret has a newline character.

As an aside, are you storing AWS credentials in Google Secret Manager? I would strongly recommend using their identity federation instead (https://aws.amazon.com/identity/federation/). Same with accessing Google Cloud from GitHub Actions.

@sethvargo thanks for the reply. I suspected that was the issue, I will check the secrets again.
About AWS, those secrets are consumed by a cli tool so I don't have direct access to the infrastructure, anyway I'll pass the suggestion to the team. Thanks 🙇
