- The readme should get you started.
- mojombo has a great sample repo that demos every feature. Clone that and run
gollumfrom the gollum-demo directory. - The code itself has a ton of docs too. Eventually we'll probably generate static HTML and host it somewhere.

Why not to embed documentation in repo like wiki pages? It is ironical that gollum doesn't use gollum to store its documentation. Gollum demo is good but why not to embed it in gollum?
BTW, this approach is used in Go programming language (it's a new language developed by Google). Godoc is a documentation server that serves go documentation when started from Go repository. Why not to use this for gollum?
