问题3: 编辑自定义页面名称和链接后, 在前台均不生效.

关于问题3：你用的文章固定链接类型是什么类型呢？这个设置可以在后台-博客设置-高级设置中可看。我没有复现这个问题

固定链接类型为默认. 新建的自定义页面不会在前台排版显示吗?

博客为全新安装, 仅更改为80端口, 其他设置保持不变.

需要在后台-外观-菜单里面新增菜单才可以。
