Problem: I don't know who my representatives are.
Solve: Ask for location. Query state area. Return reps.

Problem: I don't want to take the time to ring-ring-ring-ring-ring.
Solve: Record a voice message. Let Rippl/Twilio make the call for you either in a queue or scheduled or whatever.

Problem: A call is private - annoying for some congressmen, but awareness of your issue ends there.
Solve: Tweet a transcription, or vice versa (telephono robot voice a script). Record conversation?

Problem: Transparency for reps' accountability to constituent opinion is uncollected (not easily tallyable).
Solve: Rippl browse-by rep/engagements.

So we've at least got "who are my reps" handled pretty thoroughly - I haven't wired up the API yet but google provides one for free that you can throw addresses against if folks are sketched out by sharing their lat/lng.

Am definitely stumped on how to measure "we made a difference". Some sort of daily tweet @ reps with the # of people we think called them that day?
