Hi,
It will be fixed in GLPI 11 by #16626.

Maybe this could be a workaround:
Change the following values in php.ini:
session.cache_expire
This value is 180 by default which means 3 minutes…
I put 14400 (=4 hours)
session.cache_expire = 14400

@cedric-anne I don't get a warning named Your session has expired, as it is seen in the #16626, but The action you have requested is not allowed. Is the fix related to "both" issues or warning texts?

Yes. The message was a bit different in GLPI 10.0.
By the way, you should upgrade to GLPI 10.0, at least to get latest security fixes.
